Fifty Nine Realtors Private Limited ("59 Realtors", "we", "us", "our") operates the website and platform at 59realtors.com under the brand name "59 Realtors." This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information - name, email address, and (if you sign up with email/password) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
- Profile information - mobile number, city, and whether you're buying, selling, or both.
- Listing information - property details, address, photos, documents, and pricing you submit when listing a property, plus location data used for address verification and valuation.
- Partner information - for channel partners, business name and RERA registration details.
- Usage data - pages visited, searches, and interest/enquiry actions on listings, used to operate and improve the platform.
- Technical data - IP address, browser/device information, and cookies necessary to keep you signed in (we do not use third-party advertising trackers).
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and to verify property addresses and generate fair-value (TrueCost) estimates.
- To connect buyers and sellers, including sharing relevant contact and enquiry details with the other party to a transaction you initiate.
- To send you account, transactional, and service emails - for example welcome messages, email verification, password reset links, and listing status updates.
- To manage leads and relationships through our CRM, provided by Astrosia (see Section 3).
- To detect fraud, misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing your information
We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the platform:
- Astrosia CRM - buyer, seller, and listing lead information may be synced to our CRM system (Astrosia) so our team can manage enquiries and follow-ups.
- Google (Maps, Places, Geocoding, and Sign-In) - address and location data is sent to Google to verify addresses, show nearby amenities, and (if you choose) to authenticate your sign-in.
- Email delivery provider (Brevo) - used to deliver account and transactional emails.
- AI-assisted features (OpenAI) - where enabled, listing descriptions or True Value narratives may be generated using OpenAI's API; we do not send your personal contact details to this provider.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (Section 6).
5. Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the platform, and sensitive integration credentials (such as CRM API keys) are stored encrypted.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can update your profile information at any time from your account.
- You can request a copy of your data, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, by emailing support@59realtors.com.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails; account and transactional emails (such as password resets) are required for the service to function.
7. Children's privacy
59 Realtors is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
